I am a specialist in Nano Materials and Devices, with a particular emphasis on the fabrication of devices for electronics and optoelectronics applications and the growth of single crystals in two-dimensional (2D) materials. My fascination with the distinctive properties of 2D materials and their potential for innovation sparked my interest in this discipline. I have practical experience in the development of high-quality single crystals of a variety of 2D materials through the use of advanced techniques such as chemical vapor transport, the Bridgman Technique, chemical vapor deposition, pulsed laser deposition, and solution-based methods. I am also proficient in the use of lithography-based techniques to produce electronic devices, including field-effect transistors (FETs), photodetectors, heterostructures, and flexible devices, with incredibly precise details at the nanoscale, in the field of device fabrication. My research is dedicated to the exploration of novel methods for utilizing 2D materials in emerging fields such as flexible and transparent electronics, as well as the resolution of challenges in electronics and optoelectronics. In 2008, I earned a B.Tech. with Distinction in Biotechnology from Anna University. Followed In 2010, I obtained  a M.Tech. in Nanotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Subsequently, I pursued my Doctoral Dissertation at the Nanoscience and Technology Program-Department of Chemistry, National Taiwan University, Taiwan, and graduated in 2016. Followed, I served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at various departments and center within National Taiwan University for around five years (2016-2021). Then, I spent more than two years as a Senior Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Denmark (2021-2023). Upon my return to Taiwan, I resumed my research as a Research Specialist at Academia Sinica (2023-2024). I commenced my new role as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Nanotechnology in Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee from September 2024.
